1. SPONSOR: The sweepstakes is sponsored by Supmaran USA, located in Coronado, CA ("Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Supmaran US, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. ENTRY PERIOD: The giveaway closes on October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM PDT ("Entry Period").

4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period, participants must enter on Instagram by:

2.⁠ Tag a friend in the comments
3.⁠ ⁠⁠Like and share this reel.

Limited to one entry per person, unless otherwise specified.

5. PRIZE & RETAIL VALUE: One (1) winner will receive one (1) Supmaran Boat, which includes the catamaran frame and boards. The motor and battery are strictly excluded. The Retail Value of the prize is $2,499.00 USD. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor will cover standard freight shipping costs to the winner's eligible US address.

6. TAXES & IRS REPORTING (IMPORTANT): Because the Retail Value of the prize exceeds $600, the winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use. Prior to the prize being shipped, the potential winner will be required to securely submit a completed IRS Form W-9 to the Sponsor. The Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the 2026 tax year. Refusal to submit a W-9 will result in immediate forfeiture of the prize.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries and announced on November 1, 2026. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM).

8. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The potential winner must respond to the DM within 48 hours. The winner will also be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the allotted time, or fails to execute and return the required documents (including the W-9), the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. LIABILITY RELEASE: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

10. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER: This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or Facebook. Entrants completely release Instagram of all responsibility and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
