Shipping policy

Delivery, delivery time: All our declared delivery times are approximately and not binding. The delivery time starts with the payment receipt of the full purchasing amount to the account of Supmaran Boats GmbH. An exceed of the delivery times caused by the seller can never be a reason for a rescission from the contract or a reason for compensation payments.

A cancellation of the purchase by the consumer has to be declared immediately to Supmaran Boats GmbH vie Email, contact form or phone. The cancellation is than guilty when both parties agree – the consumer and Supmaran Boats GmbH.

The shipment of the goods is to the door of the customer and is at the risk and at the seller.

We ship out usually the next working day but max on the third working day. We ship with different US parcel services. In most states the tracking details are sent to the email provided when ordering as soon as and latest when the parcel reaches the state of origin. Meaning, that it can take some days unitl a tracking is sent out. As soon as the status of your order is set to "processed" your parcel/ order was sent off. 

Because we ship large and heavy parcels we overtake regularly 50% of shipping costs and with promotions up to 100%. Returning parcels will get no refund of shipping fees if they were returned without any reason caused by us or our product.
